Experience
VOESH Europe approached Ronan Joyce about creating regular email newsletters that target their customer base.
They wanted to use the regular email newsletters to help build and nurture long-term relationships with their
customers.
It was very important to the client that Ronan developed a complete understanding of the global VOESH brand guidelines, and was then able to apply these brand guidelines successfully to all the creatives to design their regular email newsletters.
Strategy
Ronan initially sat down with the client, and went through all their goals and decided on using Campaign Monitor as the platform for delivering their email campaigns. The client was guided through the export of their customer list from their Google business email address, and Ronan imported the subscriber list, and got it approved and ready for email campaign launch.
Ronan worked with the client to get a colour palette and visuals that complimented the global VOESH brand guidelines, and has successfully designed over 30 email campaigns for the client since, including new product release announcements, special product promotions, Black Friday offers, trade show invitations and many more.
