Case Study - Cosyhome Heating
Pat Hegarty set up Cosyhome Heating in 2009 to deliver home heating oil to households in the Galway, North Clare & South Mayo areas. He started out delivering oil and after being asked to bleed boilers regularly, he expanded their services to include boiler servicing and tank replacements. Cosyhome Heating deliver Kerosene/Heating Oil at times that suit their customers. They work 6 days a week, and their phone lines are open from 8am to 8pm.
Cosyhome Heating has grown into a successful business over the last 14 years because of two main things; their staff and their customers. They are lucky to have a great team of people working together and they pride themselves on providing great customer service.

Cosy Club News
Cosyhome Heating first approached Ronan Joyce about creating a regular monthly newsletter in 2014 called Cosy Club News that would target their customer base. They wanted to use the regular newsletters to help build and nurture long-term relationships with their customers.
Ronan listened intently to the briefing from Pat, and after gaining a great understanding of Cosyhome Heating’s business, their marketing objectives and target audience, he set about the design of a template for the monthly email and printed newsletter which allowed for regular features for competitions, testimonials, customer of the month, seanfhocail and many more items.
8 Year Collaboration
Using Campaign Monitor as the platform for the delivery of their email campaigns, Ronan got the campaigns approved by the client, managed the subscriber list, and scheduled them for email campaign launch.
Over the next eight years, Ronan also collaborated with Cosyhome Heating on many other projects such as newspaper and event advertisements, promotional brochures, business cards, business letterhead, Facebook ads, videos and flyers which were all delivered within timescale and budget.
